Zarząd Resbud SE z siedzibą w Tallinie informuje, że w dniu 10 czerwca 2022 roku otrzymał informacje z estońskiego rejestru handlowego, dotyczącą rejestracji zmian statutu spółki oraz podwyższenia kapitału zakładowego. Szczegółowe informacje na temat tej zmiany zostały przekazane w raporcie numer 7/2022 z dnia 10 czerwca 2022 roku. Z tego powodu uległa zmianie treść Dokumentu Informacyjnego opublikowanego w dniu 23 maja 2022 roku. W załączeniu do niniejszego raportu emitent przekazuje suplement do Dokumentu Informacyjnego z dnia 23 maja 2022 roku.
Niniejszy raport stanowi aktualizację informacji zawartych w raporcie bieżącym numer 6/2022 z dnia 23 maja 2022 roku.

The Management Board of Resbud SE, registered office in Tallinn, informs that on 10 June 2022 it received information from the Estonian commercial register, concerning the registration of amendments to the Articles of Association and increase of share capital. Detailed information’s on this changes were provided in report number 7/2022 of June 10, 2022. For this reason, the content of the Information Document published on May 23, 2022 has changed. In the attachment to this report, the issuer provides a supplement to the Information Document of 23 May 2022.
This report is an update of the information contained in the current report number 6/2022 of 23 May 2022.
