(the Company) will use ESEF (European single electronic format) for the first time when publishing 2021 Annual report, the Board of Directors of the Company announces a delay of several days in issuing IMC S.A. and its subsidiaries Annual report for the year ended 31 December 2021, as well as Condensed consolidated interim financial statements for the three months ended 31 March 2022 compared to the previously announced date 15 June 2022.
