„Sopharma” AD (the Company) notifies that today the Company received a notification for participation from „Telso” AD, UIC 131176385. As a result of the accepted tender offer, „Telso” AD is reduced below the threshold from 5% to 1.44% in the capital of „Sopharma” AD.
