A World Premiere in the Jungfrau Region
Laufen/Grindelwald – The iconic jingle of Ricola, known worldwide, now fills the Swiss Alps with karaoke-style singing on the Männlichen cable car. With 36 songs to choose from, guests can enjoy this unique experience while waiting for the ski slope. The world premiere of this unforgettable adventure took place on December 9, 2023, in Grindelwald, Switzerland.

Ricola and the Männlichen cable car have teamed up to create the Ricola Karaoke-Gondolas, where guests can enjoy singing their favorite hits while taking in the breathtaking Swiss mountain views. To add to the experience, guests can enjoy Ricola herb drops to enhance their singing potential.
Choose from a selection of 36 hit songs to sing along to, including „Bohemian Rhapsody” by Queen, Marvin Gaye’s „Ain’t No Mountain High Enough,” and Mariah Carey’s „All I Want for Christmas Is You.” The built-in screen allows you to easily select your desired song, and two microphones ensure a harmonious singing experience.
Participation is open to all
During the entire winter season, the Ricola Karaoke-Gondolas will be in operation on the Grindelwald-Männlichen route. Each karaoke gondola can hold up to eight people and the ride lasts for 20 minutes. Guests of the Ricola Karaoke-Gondola can take a photo with the built-in camera to capture their unique experience and share it with friends.
