FDI World Dental Federation (FDI) z dumą ogłasza drugą edycję swojego wirtualnego Szczytu Zrównoważonego Rozwoju w Stomatologii, który odbędzie się w dniach 18-20 czerwca 2024 r. w celu prezentacji studiów przypadków, dzielenia się najlepszymi praktykami i udostępniania informacyjnych zasobów mających na celu poprawę praktyk zrównoważonego rozwoju w zawodzie stomatologicznym.
The first Sustainability in Dentistry Summit, which took place in 2023 to coincide with World Environment Day, received praise from both attendees and speakers. Following its successful debut, FDI is excited to announce the second edition of the virtual event, which will take place over three days in June 2024.

Recognizing the significant impact of dentistry on the environment, FDI has launched the Sustainability in Dentistry project to address this issue. Through this initiative, FDI has documented and celebrated the efforts of stakeholders in dentistry, including national dental associations and practitioners worldwide, who have worked to mitigate the environmental footprint of dentistry. The upcoming virtual Summit on Sustainability in Dentistry will spotlight success stories and provide attendees with the tools and inspiration needed to make environmentally conscious decisions for their practices.
During the summit, participants will have the opportunity to learn about FDI’s Sustainability in Dentistry project and the various resources developed as part of the initiative. These include a Massive Open Online Course for dentists and dental teams, a Pledge for Sustainable Oral Healthcare, a Sustainability Toolkit, and more.
