The popular email management tool, eM Client, has released a new version of their application for Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS. This update, Version 10, brings the largest number of new features and improvements in the history of the product. eM Client has become the main challenger to Microsoft Outlook for both end users and businesses, and is known for its user-friendly interface and efficient email management capabilities.
eM Client now integrates full AI capabilities through ChatGPT, streamlining message composition and enabling quick text editing functions such as summarizing, proofreading, and adjusting tone. This advanced integration makes email management more efficient than ever before.
A new addition to the inbox is the automatic sorting of messages into categories, providing users with the ability to prioritize and focus on the most important messages. The feature also offers extensive customization options to tailor the sorting to individual preferences.
One major update is the revamped chat interface, now compatible with popular group communication platforms like MS Teams, Slack, and IceWarp TeamChat, with more integrations on the way. These services are seamlessly integrated into the application’s interface.
Introducing a new „Quick Actions” feature that enables the creation of macros for automating everyday tasks. The „Data Files” function allows for seamless integration with external data files such as PST files. The search system has also undergone a redesign, now supporting complex queries with NOT and OR operators. Additional updates include a revamped conversation design, Exchange conversation synchronization, Mentions, optional folder colors, custom colors for unread messages, and quick PDF attachment previews.
Our latest release, Version 10, includes numerous enhancements and optimizations, many of which were inspired by user input. These new features are currently accessible on Windows and macOS, and will soon be introduced to the mobile version.
Version 10 introduces a new licensing system. The Personal license allows for use on up to three devices for individual use, while the Business license is designed for companies. Both licenses are now available in annual subscription mode. The terms for the Free license remain the same.
