John Donahoe will be retiring from his role as President and Chief Executive Officer and from the NIKE, Inc. Board of Directors effective October 13, as per the decision of the Board. He will continue to advise the company to facilitate a smooth transition until January 31, 2025.

Hill is a graduate of Texas Christian University and Ohio University, and currently sits on the Board of Trustees for TCU.
