SHENZHEN, China, Nov. 16, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — BYD Co. Ltd., is excited to announce the expansion of the partner program for BYD Energy Storage solutions. As part of the program, BYD hosted a partner conference at the BYD headquarters in November 2024. Partners were given the opportunity to share their experiences, engage with the technical team, and get an exclusive preview of upcoming new products and features.

BYD’s goal for the conference was to gain insights into current market challenges and how energy storage solutions can help partners address them.
Many wholesalers and installers reported customer hesitations to invest in PV and related technology due to a low market, but solutions like the BatteryBox series have helped win customers.
The high charging power of the BYD BatteryBox systems is advantageous, especially in light of trends such as bidirectional charging and dynamic electricity pricing.
The conference also offered an exclusive preview of upcoming products and new features to the energy storage portfolio. Partners had the opportunity to visit BYD’s headquarters and take a look behind the scenes of one of the most advanced BYD production facilities in Nanning.
The industrial park specializes in research, development, and manufacturing of energy storage cells and systems and includes a 55GWh production base.
