NIKE, Inc. Appoints Treasure Heinle as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Monique Matheson, Chief HR Officer at NIKE, will be retiring after 26 years of service with the company.

NIKE, Inc. (NYSE: NKE) has announced that Treasure Heinle, the current Chief Talent Officer, will be taking over as the new Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Heinle will be responsible for overseeing the global HR function and leading NIKE’s People vision and strategy, succeeding Monique Matheson. The change in leadership will take effect on January 6, 2025.

Heinle, a native of Portland, Oregon, will report to Hill as a member of the company’s SLT. She started her career at NIKE in 2012 as VP, HR Business Partner for North America and has since held various leadership roles within the company, including Chief Talent Officer in 2022.

Before joining NIKE, Heinle gained experience in HR leadership at Danaher, Tektronix, and In-Focus. She is a graduate of the University of Oregon and brings a wealth of experience to her new role.

Matheson started at NIKE in 1998 and has held various HR leadership roles across the company. In 2017, she took on the position of CHRO.
