Podstawa prawna: Pepco Group N.V. has been informed by its auditors they will not be able to complete the FY 2021/22 within the previously anticipated timeframe. The audit is materially complete however the auditors require a short period to finalise their internal processes and the Group will publish its Annual Report and Consolidated Financial Statements by the 23rd December.
