Colliers, a prominent professional services and investment management company, is expanding its presence in Europe by partnering with SPGI Zurich AG. This strategic alliance will bring the Switzerland-based commercial property advisor into Colliers’ extensive EMEA platform as an affiliate.

We are excited to announce that Colliers, a prominent professional services and investment management company, is expanding its European presence through a new partnership with SPGI Zurich AG. This strategic collaboration will bring the Switzerland-based commercial property advisor into Colliers’ extensive EMEA platform as an affiliate, further strengthening our position in the region.

SPGI Zurich, a part of the Intercity Group established in 1954, is comprised of more than 25 employees in Zurich and Basel. Through this collaboration, Colliers gains access to a team of top professionals with extensive experience in both international and local markets. The services provided by SPGI Zurich encompass all aspects of real estate, including capital markets, landlord representation, tenant representation, occupier services, valuation, and consulting, with a focus on retail, office, and industrial & logistics properties.
