The appointment of Jeroen Lokerse as CEO of the Netherlands by Colliers, a leading global diversified professional services company, signifies a commitment to accelerating strategic direction and sustained growth in the Dutch market. Lokerse will also be responsible for enhancing opportunities for our people within the Netherlands.
After 17 years at Cushman & Wakefield, Lokerse has joined Colliers, where he previously held a global product innovation role and served as the Head of the Netherlands for over a decade.

Jeroen Lokerse has been appointed as the CEO of the Netherlands by Colliers, a leading global diversified professional services company. His role will be to accelerate the strategic direction and sustained growth of the Dutch business while enhancing the opportunities available to the company’s employees in the Netherlands. Lokerse brings with him 17 years of experience at Cushman & Wakefield, where he held a global product innovation role and previously served as the Head of the Netherlands for more than a decade.
As Lokerse takes on the CEO Netherlands role, Dirk Bakker will lead the European team of hotel specialists as the Head of Hotels, EMEA. Both Lokerse and Bakker are expected to start their new roles in January 2025.
