The Board of Directors of ASTARTA Holding N.V. (the Company) informs that UkrSibBank, a Ukrainian associate of BNP Paribas Group, through an agreement with the EBRD is providing a multicurrency working capital loan to Astarta for USD8m. The share of the risk the EBRD takes on comes to EUR4.8m.
