The Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund
The Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund (“3SIIF”) is a dedicated commercial fund targeting infrastructure investments in Central and Eastern Europe (‘CEE’). The Fund invests in energy, transport, and digital infrastructure in European Union (‘EU’) CEE member states to help support the green energy transition in the region.
The main features of the Fund are:
- Investing in energy, transport and digital infrastructure in CEE
- Exclusive investment adviser: Amber Infrastructure Group
- Long-term capital to support green energy transition
- Comprised of 12 EU CEE member states bordering the Baltic, Adriatic and Black Seas
Enery’s cornerstone investor, 3SIIF, is playing a crucial role in helping the company achieve its mission to accelerate the green energy transition in Central Eastern Europe. Thanks to 3SIIF, Enery is able to produce almost 375 GWh of clean electricity, supplying almost 170,000 households across the region and saving more than 130,000 tonnes in CO2 emissions.
