Zarząd Resbud SE z siedzibą w Tallinie informuje, że skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2021 rok zostanie przekazany w dniu 29 kwietnia 2022 roku, natomiast skonsolidowany raport półroczny, za pierwsze półrocze 2022 roku zostanie przekazany w dniu 30 września 2022 roku. Ustalone przez spółkę terminy przekazania raportów okresowych, są zgodnie z obowiązkami zawartymi w estońskiej ustawie o rynku papierów wartościowych (Väärtpaberituru seadus). Raporty okresowe zostaną przekazane przez emitenta po zakończeniu notowań w danym dniu.
Jednocześnie emitent wskazuje, że zgodnie z art. 19 ust. 11 MAR osoby pełniące obowiązki zarządcze od dnia 31 marca 2022 roku do dnia 29 kwietnia 2022 roku oraz od dnia 31 sierpnia 2022 roku do dnia 30 września 2022 nie mogą dokonywać żadnych transakcji na swój rachunek ani na rachunek stron trzeciej, bezpośrednio lub pośrednio, dotyczących akcji lub instrumentów dłużnych emitenta, lub instrumentów pochodnych lub innych związanych z nimi instrumentów finansowych.

legal basis – art. 17 MAR
The Management Board of Resbud SE, registered seat in Tallinn, informs that consolidated annual report for 2021 will be disclosed on 29 April 2022, while consolidated half-yearly report for the first half of 2022 will be disclosed on 30 September 2022. The dates set by the company for the submission of periodic reports are in accordance with the obligations contained in the Estonian Securities Market Act (Väärtpaberituru seadus). Periodic reports will be disclosed by the issuer after closing of the quotation, on the day in question.
At the same time, the issuer indicates that, in accordance with Article 19 (11) of the MAR persons discharging managerial responsibilities from 31 March 2022 to 29 April 2022 and from 31 August 2022 to 30 September 2022 shall not conduct any transactions on its own account or for the account of a third party, directly or indirectly, relating to the shares or debt instruments of the issuer or to derivatives or other financial instruments linked to them.
